ASPAPZ10 powdered stainless steel
ASPAPZ10 is a new martensitic stainless steel made using powder metallurgy, which combines excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
ASPAPZ10 is a powder metallurgy stainless steel used at a hardness of approximately HRC58 to 62. It is a material that combines excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance in martensitic stainless steel. Compared to materials produced by conventional melting methods, it has finer carbides and superior cleanliness, exhibiting excellent corrosion resistance while maintaining a hardness comparable to conventional SUS440C. Leveraging these characteristics, it is recommended for applications such as molds for plastic materials like hot runners, medical tools, and tablet press hammers and mortars, as well as food-related applications. The recommended tempering temperature varies depending on the usage temperature and the temperature during surface coating. If you are experiencing issues with wear, rust, or corrosion with the stainless steel you are using, please feel free to contact us.
